Core
Fusion blends Pilates-style abdominal conditioning
with the mindfulness of yoga!
Breathing and awareness are fused with strengthening
the core (back, belly & abdominals) to
create length and tone for better posture,
balance and physique.
The session will end with a mellow winding-down,
including stretching and recovery.
For new and experienced students, we will
cover modifications as well as more intense
options. Through this method you discover
your core strength.
A wonderful way to tone or cross-train --You
will leave feeling great!
