Core Fusion blends Pilates-style abdominal conditioning with the mindfulness of yoga! Breathing and awareness are fused with strengthening the core (back, belly & abdominals) to create length and tone for better posture, balance and physique.
The session will end with a mellow winding-down, including stretching and recovery. For new and experienced students, we will cover modifications as well as more intense options. Through this method you discover your core strength.

Hatha and the 8 Limbs of Yoga
Dr. Singh
Join us for this free yoga class offered by Dr. Dharmendra Singh. Some yoga experience is helpful. Dharmendra will lead us through a short discussion on the 8 Limbs of Yoga with some expansion each week and proceed with a hatha yoga practice. Each week the discussion will differ but the yoga practice will remain the same to gain familiarity and flexibility in the postures offered as well as the described benefits. Saturdays February 13-March 27th. (no class 3/13)
