Restorative Yoga helps to release the stress we experience in everyday life. In Restorative Yoga we • use props (blocks, bolsters, straps) for a supported practice that releases muscle tension and patterns of holding for deeper relaxation of the body and mind.
• practice sustained postures, guided relaxation and conscious breathing helping to release tension in a gentle manner.

Yoga blends Pilates-style abdominal conditioning
with the mindfulness of yoga! Breathing and awareness
are fused with strengthening the core (back, belly
& abdominals) to create length and tone for
better posture, balance and physique.
The session will end with a mellow winding-down,
including stretching and recovery. For new and
experienced students, we will cover modifications
as well as more intense options. Through this
method you discover your core strength.
