Vinyasa
:: Morning and evening vinyasas are invigorating
yoga practices! The temperature of the room ranges
from 80 to 90 degrees. This temperature allows the
body to warm up and stay warm for a yoga practice
that is challenging and deep. The challenges come
not only from more intense movements of the body
but also from acclimating to the heat of the room
while staying focused and present. Vinyasa flow
classes find their foundations in Sun Salutations
that are repeated throughout the length of the class,
intermingled within standing, balancing and stretching
postures. We practices a variety of breathing methods,
meditation and some philosophical fountations of
yoga. These classes are for experienced students,
familiar with Sun Salutations and a heated environment.

Mellow
Morning Vinyasa :: A slow flow vinyasa
to awaken the body and mind! A great way to start
the day! Mellow vinyasa flow classes are less intense
than vinyasa flow classes. The room is warm but
the movement of the practice is slower to awaken
our energy for the rest of the day. Prior vinyasa
style yoga experience is helpful since Sun Salutations
are practiced to warm the body up for standing and
deep stretching postures. Props such as straps,
blocks and bolsters are often used. |
Beginner
:: For students looking to build a vinyasa style
yoga practice. Great for all students to learn poses
and variations, refine postures and movments and
enjoy a wonderful yoga flow class. This class often
breaks-down Sun Salutations to build fluidity and
familiarity to prepare for vinyasa flow classes.
Modifications are taught to build strength and to
understand how more intense postures find their
foundations. Students NEW to yoga please try
YOGA BASICS first. |

for students new to yoga but great for all students!

vinyasa style yoga. No experience necessary and it

Yoga :: This class is a wonderful introduction
to the therapeutic benefits of yoga, for the body
and mind. Join us for a gentle practice to ease
tired muscles, enhance the mind/body connection,
relieve stress, rejuvenate and restore. For all
levels of practice from new to advanced students

Yoga :: Fun-filled and creative yoga class
designed with kids in mind! Grades 2-6th. Sundays
only. We may be adding a weekday class. Let us know
